New guy, 33, using pills, mixed success
Hello - lots of great testimonials and information on this site for the sensible topic. I’m using the different kinds of pills. I require stimulation for an erection and due to anxiety it doesn’t always work. We are trying for our first child and that seems to make it worse because I have to function. Any advice in this matter is much appreciated. Without pills, I don’t get spontaneous erections or morning wood at all. Pretty sure I have PE as well. I’d be happy if I can have a reliable erection that’s good enough for penetration. Wife is understanding but its difficult for her as well. I’m thinking about injections but I’m concerned that could damage semen and prevent conception. I’m not sure about the pills either but doctors say they are fine.

Talk with a good urologist about starting injections and your concerns related to fertility.
I would avoid muse, or other urethral suppository medications as those would be ejaculated when you orgasm, but bimix and trimix are injected into the body of the penis, not the urethra. They wouldn’t be ejaculated.
I suspect that since they are direct acting medications taken in very small amounts they shouldn’t have any detrimental effect on fertility.
But you need to ask these questions to your doctor. We are just sharing our experiences and guesses.

Hey Sampras2019. You found a good group guys to support you. I am 54 and almost 3 weeks post op implant. Sucks for you that you have to deal with this at 33. I agree with others, find a good and aggressive urologist that will hear and explore all of your concerns. Regarding the anxiety, all I can say is seek advice and support from the guys on here. We've all been through it and this a safe place to get those needs met. Best wishes moving forward.
