Intro - Looking for guidance.

Hello,
I’m a 56 year old divorced guy living in Atlanta. I’ve been having issues for the last 5 years. I’m in great shape, hit the gym 4-5 days a week, great muscular build. Five years ago diagnosed with low testosterone, hence I’m currently gon testosterone replacement therapy. I still get morning, night and random wood. I’ve taken Viagra, cialis for the last 4 years on and off. Well it no longer works as good as it once did. I seem to do just ok in the sack now, periodic erection fails, and now developing anxiety about sex, I think about getting sex as if I’m 16...always hoping I get lucky....opportunities are there, but I’m very selective which results in infrequent sex... I’ve seen a doctor in Atlanta to consult with about a penile implant, and was approved for surgery, but backed out a week before surgery....but now I think I’m ready. I no longer want to take Viagra or any other pill...I’d like to have sex on an impulse, not waiting for a pill to kick in...today I found this forum and I’m hoping for guidance, and maybe motivation. I have a very busy job and I am concerned about down time post op. I’m a pretty well endowed guy and also worry about lost of penis length...I now find myself literally consumed with the issue of ED and sex...and how to get back to my old porn star performance in the sack!!! I welcome any and all comments/recommendations. Oh one more thing, I’ve been single for a year and a half and it’s the first time in years that I haven’t had a frequent sex partner. I presume this is messing with my Alpha male manhood....yikes!!
