Has anyone used this device? What are pros and cons?

I have used this device. I have a spinal cord injury with ED and ejaculatory failure. Used the device successfully to retrieve sperm to father a child. Pretty simple device. In my case the device was used to retrieve sperm, not produce erection. It did not elicit an erection for me. You may find it helpful for ED but that was not my immediate goal.

I have no sensation, so I cannot speak to any effect on orgasm or pleasure, but it did the job for me. Successful fatherhood and for that I am forever grateful. Good luck.

I have worn two of these unit out. I also have some spine issues and used mine for overall penis health. I used mine on a daily basis for blood flow and help me ejaculate. It’s loud from vibrations but I think effective. It’s a bit pricey but did the job for me. I could not find anything else on market so I tried it. Works well but loud.
