Hello from the UK

Postby ForeverBroken » Sun May 23, 2021 5:14 pm

Hello,

Fairly long time lurker here. Bit of background information about myself:

I’m 31, had ED since I’ve tried to be sexually active (around 19/20, can’t remember exactly as is a long time ago now!).

Definitely a physical problem, just not yet been diagnosed by doctors. Have attempted to have the problem treated over many years, to no avail.

No morning wood at all, unsure about nocturnal erections but never have one if I wake up in the middle of the night, so assume these are absent as well.

Have tried all strengths of Viagra and Cialis, can help obtain an erection but still goes away. Have also attempted using a cock ring which doesn’t keep the blood in.

I can only get erect with lots of manual stimulation, but as soon as I stop it goes away within seconds. I did have a test with a urologist a couple of weeks ago where I was injected with something (not sure of what drug it was), and despite not getting a full erection and it clearly being weak, he declared I don’t have venous leak.

The condition is incredibly distressing, I’m still a virgin at my age and I’m pretty close to ending it all, so as to not suffer anymore.

I don’t think I’d be able to get an implant on the NHS even if it did get to the point where they finally diagnosed what’s wrong, but I think it’ll still be good to get a diagnosis, just so I know for sure.
33. Lifelong severe organic ED. Currently battling the NHS for a diagnosis and treatment.

Welcome to the forum.

Yeah, a non-working dick is a downer. However, there are now treatments that many find satisfactory and there's new stuff in the wings. Don't let yourself get depressed over it as depression alone can cause ED. Look on the bright side and be hopeful and encouraged. I expect that in just a few years ED will mainly be a thing of the past. Until you find a solution that works for you try working on other techniques. Many girls can't even get off from penetration. It takes a finger, tongue or a toy for many to get off. You can be a hero to those girls.

Hang in there!

Get your testosterone checked. Low T will give you all those symptoms. If it's low, synthetic T is an easy and immediate remedy. (See my signature.)
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.
