I ran across this site yesterday while researching penile prosthesis on forums@healingwell.com. I am a 73 year old male and began to suffer ED around 1999. I first used Viagra at a 50mg dose and it worked wonders .... thought I was 21 again. Eventually I required 100 mg dose for the same result. At some point even the higher dose failed to provide a good erection. I started the injections about 2 years ago .... these have never worked very well for me. I find that with 100mg of Viagra prior to injection and then injecting 0.7cc of super trimix I get a fair erection. But he erection fades when I lie down .... have tried a ring and that helps some. I learned recently that medicare would pay for implant and want to consider this solution.

Hi nuguy2, welcome,
I am 42 and 7mo post implant, suffered ED since 37 due to meds(they believe)
So any questions you may have I'll do what I can to help and answer. I'm quite happy with my decision but what's right for one may not be right for another.but for me......I'm a man again.
