Had to turn to somewhere

Well where else to turn for help but to here.
52 year old Diabetic for last 26 years, L5 surgery a few years ago. MRI last year showed Arachnoiditis on Hydrocodone and Carisoprodol. All seems to be going against me. Tried Viagra Did nothing tried 50 100mg. Tried CIALIS got the flush cheeks, it played more games with vision than anything. Went on to Levitra caught a case of nausea and racing pulse.
Got a low-T test all looked fine on that.

just plan frusterated, nothing seems to be working, been almost 2 years since been able to penatrate, Maybe I will find something here to point me in the right direction direction.
Other than that the world is almost fine

The common treatments for ED progress are:
1. Viagra pill until it fails
2. Cialis pill until it fails
3. Levitra pill until it fails
4. Vacuum Erection Device (Penis Pump) until it fails
5. Penile injections (edex, caverject, trimix, bimix, quadmix) until they fail
6. Penile Implant

I am now, and have been for 3 years, using trimix injections, and would strongly recommend you ask your urologist about trimix injecting. For me, it gives me a hard, usable erection in 5 minutes, and it lasts for hours. I no longer fear that I will fail to complete the sex act this time. And the additional benefit is the cost for me is less than $1. per shot.

There IS a solution to your problem. Keep on trying.

As you already know ... long-term diabetes is most likely the major cause of your ED issues. What does your URO advise? When pills fail, the next step is to try Injections ... you can get a test shot at your URO. (works for about 80% of guys) ... in the mean time you should ask your URO about getting a VED (vacuum pump) to maintain penis health and prevent tissue atrophy. "use it or loser it" is a known fact ...

Time to revisit the urologist and see what he says, shots in the penis. Must be the fear factor in the thought of that. I am sure that fear will dissipate.
I got tired of insulin shots that's why i went to a insulin pump, maybe it's time to pump all around.
$1 per shot would not be too bad, even $10 per shot if it kept things up would be worth it.

How does one decide on the right pump?
Have looked at so many that confusion on options start to sink in.
then you look at the parts and say looks like a run to harbor freight.

I got a prescription for the Osbon Pump and only had to co-pay about $85., the insurance picking up the other $300 or so.

It work very well. I didn't need the electric model, manual pumping is very easy.

Welcome aboard, you will find a lot of help here.
All I can say is hang in there, you WILL find a solution.
I was 37 when I started my journey, couldn't take it anymore and was implante 7/7/12 at the age of 41.......

How does one decide on the right pump?

If you have decent Insurance ... your URO can set you up (expect a co-pay) if not you can get a good cheap pump for $20 at Amazon.
