Hello! Seriously considering getting an implant after almost 10 years with ED from PAD. Just found out that penile implants are actually legitimate! I always thought they were done in dark basements somewhere! My Doctor tells me the AMS 700 LGX doesn't really extend the length He says it is just a marketing gimmick. Can anyone confirm or deny this? Thanks!
66 yrs old. ED since 2012. Too many side effects from the pills. RP Jan 2020. RT ended Sep 2020. Incontinence Dec 2020. Artificial Urinary Sphincter (AUS) implanted September 2022. 16cm cylinders & 1cm RTE Titan Touch implanted August 2024

You'll get more responses to implant questions more quickly if you post them in the Implants sub-forum.
RRP 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. Wehle. Non nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 7 - 16 units. Originally Edex20 or 40, then compounded PGE1 due to cost. Inject. 14 yrs. It works. FL Treasure coast.
