New member Just though I would say Hello. I am a 36 year old male living in Europe. I developed E.D. at the age of 24. At the time I had tests done and they found a leak. The urologist put me on some kind of injection that I didn’t really enjoy and had mixed results with. I later got Viagra prescribed from my doctor. Which I didn’t use all that often as I was still able to get Erections and perform somewhat but not without losing the erection and have to start again. A few years later I was single and gave up on the thought of having a steady Girlfriend I did use Viagra a few times over the years when the opportunity arose and had good results with it. Fast forward another 5 years and Viagra didn’t work, not sure if it was the Viagra or just how scared I was of it not working so the next time I upped my dose from 50 to 100 and it also didn’t work. So off to a new Urologist who put me instantly on Alprostadil which also hasn’t given me the desired results..(and is really exspensive at about 40 euros per shot) Also I haven't tried with a woman yet so im assuming it could get harder with more arousal. Im sure when I go back to the doc ill get put on a larger does. Problem is I hate injecting. So Im going to read all the stories on all the implants. I should also mention that i still have no problem getting an erection or maintaining it myself.. not as stiff as it once was but it would work if it stayed at that level .... Another issue I have is Ill be paying for this myself so need to spend my life savings on it… In the end I think it would probable be worth it. I will be emailing some of you in Europe for any information on doctors you may have used.. Thanks for your help as you all know it is so difficult to find anywhere to talk about this with out idiots filling the pages with stupid jokes.

You should see your URO about using VED (vacuum pump) if you have good Insurance (they will pay for it) or you can get a cheap pump at Amazon. Since you have a confirmed leak ... you should also use a penis ring, to maintain your erection. It works!

Are you taking any other meds? (blood pressure,high cholesterol, etc.) as these can cause ED also ... You could try daily Cialis as this works better than Viagra, in many cases. Try: alldaychemist.com
Search for: Tadalafil (generic Cialis) ... Sildenafil citrate (generic Viagra) ... The daily Cialis works out to about $1 per day (US)
