Hello,
Just joining. I'm post prostatectomy from 2022. ED is on blast and have arousal incontinence, basically pelvic floor disease but physical therapy is helping with it. Considering Trimix or possibly an implant. Willing to travel if necessary for great treatment. Also, I'm a vet and will be asking about VA coverage as a possibility.
Thanks for all your posts. I'm doing a lot of research.

Give Trimix a try. I realize an implants will give you quick erection and the ability to shut it down quickly, but you should at least give Trimix a try. I am 8 month outs from my RP and Trimix is very satisfying for me and my wife. Took some trials and errors, but we are getting to a comfortable spot.

64, Radical Prostatectomy in 2023, pills did nothing. Currently on Trimix with great success.

AMS 700, Orange County, California. Installed October 2023. Open book here, it’s very few filters.I’ll tell you ANYTHING you need or want to know.
