Hi, I am a 55 year old Asian-American Male who has diabetes and my testosterone is borderline. I’ve been having rectal dysfunction for about a year and a half and my urologist says it’s multifactorial and he doesn’t know so I am taking a 5 mg Cialis and I also will take 60 to 100 mh to see if I get hard enough. I have a severe arterial deficiency in my penile doppler. my testosterone level was 350. I am starting to work out and I am seem to be getting better erections. I guess I should try it to see if it’s hard enough for penetration trying to figure out if I should go on a date or go to a professional, also should I just wait or should I just get trimix in case

Listen to your doctor. Read as many forum threads here as you can stand. Educate yourself and then ask your doctor relevant questions.

Experiment with novelty/sex shop cock rings. There's a thread on that in the "Members Only" sub-forum.

Don't rush to injections if you haven't given pills a good try. If the pills with a cock ring work solo then try them out with a partner of your choice.
