Hey Fellas,

Been here a few times but I think (?) this is my first post.

Firstly, we all know what ED stands for, but for the uninitiated, PE refers to "penis enlargement."

I hope this is not in any Forum Violations (I skimmed the FAQ but saw nothing that stood out, pardon me if I missed something), I'm sincerely writing this post because I had just recommended this forum to a guy who had reached out to me on Reddit regarding issues with ED. I told him while I had some surface-level knowledge on the matter by association (I own & operate a Forum like this one, but for surgical & non-surgical medical male enhancement a.k.a. penis enlargement procedures), that I could only recommend so Urologists personally.

I hope he takes my suggestion of looking up this site and finding the right Doctor he needs, but I also wanted to share with others who eventually get their erectile dysfunction resolved (or at the very least managed) to know that phalloplasty (a bit of an archaic term now more monopolized by gender reassignment surgery than penile augmentation, but I digress) has come a long way, and there are in fact vetted Doctors putting out quality, ethical work for those who desire more size.

I should note that not Providers are created equal, and this area of cosmetic medicine has historically drawn quacks & mad scientist-like doctors, so be mindful of who you choose and what procedure you consider, should you entertain this at all. The PhalloBoards is the only source on this very niche subject, so it's a great place to start.

I should be clear that girth is much more attainable (both in terms of gains and efficacy) than length, and the latter I wouldn't recommend unless you are very much on the shorter end, and it means that much to you. Girth on the other hand has been solved, and if you are visiting an experienced, ethical practitioner, you generally will find good results.

I should also note that the procedures I speak of are elective endeavors, and unlike Erectile Dysfunction treatment, are not a necessity for the vast majority of men. That said, I'm not in everyone's shoes so I'm not going to judge one's motivations for seeking out these procedures. I should also note that these procedures aren't without risk, and for many of you who find a way to manage your ED, pursuing an inch here or there may not be worth it, and I would totally understand.

Personally after my years of experiencing every condom bracket (from Snugger Fit - to Regular - to Magnum - to Magnum XL - to Custom), I have learned size is a tad (but not completely) overrated when it comes to sex (at least from a heterosexual perspective, I know it may differ in the Gay Community). In fact, I would argue erectile function, stamina/endurance, and overall intimate connection have more of a tangible impact on the quality of sex than sheer penis size.

I want to be clear that I'm not here encouraging others to get medical male enhancement procedures, but I am here to dispel myths that have lingered for decades due to the Industry's long, dark history of botcheries, sociopaths, and scams -- that the demand for efficacious male enhancement is entering its Golden Age and for those who are contemplating it, I only ask not to write it off based on pretexts or misinformation.
