hello all. I just had open radical prostatectomy in feb of 2014. Recovering well. Dr. expects a full recovery. no nerve damage from surgery. Looking to chat with others in the Philadelphia area who have been in the same position. I have achieved orgasm but not full erection. was placed on Cialis at my first follow-up which was Tuesday, May 6. thanks for reading. Hope to hear from someone in the area

The Cialis is a good first step ... you should also be using a VED (vacuum pump) as part of your rehab to prevent tissue atrophy.
