Greetings
Hello. My journey with surgery started last December when I got a Coloplast Titan implant. Unfortunately I developed an infection soon after using it for the first time in February and had it removed in the beginning of March. I settled a couple of Coloplast rods and had them removed in September and a new implant placed. Five weeks post surgery and just got the ones you inflate and deflate daily. Struggling with inflation and squeezing the ball correctly. Any pointers or suggestions would be appreciated.

You’ve had a very difficult year. Sorry.
If you go to the Board index page and scroll down to the “Implants” forum, you can find lots of useful information. If you post questions on the implants forum you will be more likely to find help. Also if you use the search feature on the implants page, and type in “first cycling”, you will find tons of conversations about this topic.
The place to start may be with your surgeon. Ask him/her for advice. They should have someone in their office to train you on cycling.
With a new implant, sometimes the pump will be a little stiff and the valve seems like it sticks. Try giving it a very quick, hard squeeze to see if that gets it started so you can continue inflating.
Best of luck to you.
