I am healing and it's too early to use it. It's a CXR (narrow cylinders) this time whereas the first and second (the infected one) were LGX. The month long infection caused the narrowing of the space making the LGX not longer fit.
I'm already thinking of getting back to an LGX if the CXR is able to widen the cylinder space with time. That would be a 6th operation and I'm almost expecting my insurance to say enough is enough. But it wasn't my fault, all this surgery. I had a LGX initially (which is what I specifically wanted) that had a pump failure and then some bad luck.
