I was detecting something in my penis that wasn't there before the shots, I'm assuming it was scar tissue, or the precursor of it. If I injected every couple of days for a week or so, I could detect it. Don't inject and it would gradually dissolve. I didn't let it get far enough to know if it would cause P D or not. I just was a little concerned. Other guys who injected longer than I did might be able to help you on this.

The injections did produce some great, vein popping, head throbbing boners. They were fantastic. With all that blood and the engorgement, every nerve was on high alert and the sensations were great. The engorgement doesn't happen with the implant, though I am starting to detect the 3rd chamber and the glans getting somewhat engorged when I am stimilated. I'm hoping it continues. I have diminished sensations from several factors. First, I was circumcised, something that we like to do to our baby boy's to put money in the pocket of the medical profession. I don't think you have that issue in Europe. I am also diabetic, though under control, the nerves still suffer. I also take anti depressants and blood pressure pills. Add in the "natural aging factor" if it exists and the bottom line is, you could give me the greatest bj in the world before my implant, and unless i took some medication, there would be very little reaction, if any. There was also very little pleasure. Unless it wakes up, there just wasn't much sensation. The implant does help when inflated, the sensations are increased, but not like the dick throbbing erections I got with the injections.

All this being said, it may not make any difference, or very little in your case. If you have good sensitivity now, it may not be detrimental. I am sure that you will notice the difference. You need to weigh the benefit of a boner on demand at any time with no worrys it will go flat with the different sensations you will feel. This was a major issue for me. LGX_man and pennysdutch were kind enough to patiently answer my repeated questions on the same subject. I'm very happy with the results, sensations and all. But I don't want you to go through this and afterward regret it because it doesn't feel the same.

This is to answer your questions about Sensitivity and orgasm with a penile implant.
I developed ED Post-Prostatectomy in February 2004 and was implanted with an IPP (Inflatable Penile Prosthesis) in
December 2007. I now have excellent penile sensitivity and am able to have very intense orgasms.
I do not ejaculate because of my Prostatectomy but have great orgasms.
Marco, please understand that the Implant is intended as a last resort for men like myself who have not responded
satisfactorily to the "standard" ED Treatment Modalities (pills, VEDs, Muse, Injections).
The Implant Procedue is not reversible so make sure that this is the path you wish to take.
Remember, the final decision is yours alone!!!
