New guy looking for help

Postby regguy1967 » Sat Mar 24, 2012 6:18 pm

Hi I just found this site and am very excited about it. I have very low T levels and the E.D that goes with it. It took me two years to get a doctors help at first orals worked great for me then they have stopped working for me. I have learned that it is fairly common for that to happen I have switched to bimix injectably I don't really like it. Has anyone out there been to the Boston medical group or the Chicago male medical clinic if so did you like ether of them?
Thanks.

RG:

Firstly, welcome. It is good to have you among us. This is a great place and there is a lot of experience and support here.

I suggest you post your question under the "Injections" Discussion Forum and I'm sure you will get a number of responses. Many here would suggest, I believe, that you stay away from Boston Medical because, in part, of their costs. You can get the same services and perhaps better assistance with a compounding pharmacy and a script from a good, understanding Uro. But I will let those guys guide you.

You might also tell the guys where you are located and your age- if you feel comfortable sharing that info. There are men here from all over the world and most of the states. All of us have the same issue- mine is the result of PCa and required robotic surgery. The humor is good, can be bawdy and there is a great openness as once you get to the issue of hard- well- there is little left to feel shy about around here.

Join the chat room when you can. Sometimes a lot of guys and sometimes none. Keep trying.

Again. Welcome.

Regards,

Dick

Hey! Welcome! I am a new guy too.

I am curious, are you being treated for low testosterone?

I am a hormone replacement therapy patient and I would highly recommend you begin HRT if you have low testosterone. Testosterone is a lot more than muscles and hard-ons. It keeps your body healthy, and it makes you who you are in terms of personality and so on.

Low testosterone can contribute to many chronic diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes. Additionally if you aren't treated it can really negatively affect your mental function.

Hey All.
I can testify with thunderball about HRT. At nealy 76 I didn't have any. Went on low dose for 3-4 mo but endocrinologist was unhappy with how I started. So stopped for a few and she has started me up again at 2X the amount. I can J/o much easier and quicker. but still not good erections. Uro said 6-9 mo before much improvement. But do feel better overall.

Hi ! I would ask your doctor about using rings. They come in small, medium and large. You have to try to get yourself semi hard or hard . Slide the ring on to the base of your shaft. Some men use pumps too.
