Hi:

Just about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of urinary bladder cancer staged at 3a, which necessitated my bladder being removed. This left me with a urostomy bag on the outside of my stomach. This type of operation normally lends one to have ED problems on a permanent basis, as they take the prostate and various nerves down there as well.

Bill, you're going to have to work with your uro closely, and do like every man here has done. Learn, read, get advise, glean facts from others, and perhaps do some experimentation as to what will work. Many here use Tri-Mix, a combination of chemicals that are injected directly into the penis. The journey takes time, but there is hope, I wish you well.
