Need an implant and a doctor

Hello,
I have no choice but get an implant if I am to be sexually active. My erections are totally unreliable. I have kidney disease and am waiting for a transplant. The resulting years of high blood pressure and associated medications have done a number on my penis. Cialis is of some help, but unless constantly and aggresively stimulated I lose the erection. The injections were no real improvement and who wants to needle their dick before sex. I need to find an experienced implant surgeon in NC. Can anyone recommend one? Or do I need to travel to the more nationally famous ones? I live really near Winston-Salem, NC. Its hard to find out from the internet just how many implants a Urologist does in a year. Also, from reading the posts, I can't get a good feel on whether guys are really happy with their implants. Its a huge decision. Help me.

Hi, Dr.Drogo Montague at the Cleveland Clinic is doing my surgery on June 28th. I'm really impressed so far. He is nationally respected for implant surgery. Good luck.
