short intro-- my name is scott. i have been impotent all my life. im 45. i didnt get a implant till 2010. it was a ams lgx. done by dr. milam. the surgery went fine. from the start the implant seemed under sized and didnt improve. after 3 years it just popped one day. soon after the liquid leaked out of the resivoir. i think it was a faulty device all along.i never saw any length or growth expansion at all. this year at the end of may i got the titan implant. again by dr. milam. and basically now i have a 4 inch penis. my glans is floppy. the implant is probably 1/4 inch away from it. i personally dont see this improving. even with the cycling techniques i have seen posted on here. im 6'3". and a large frame man. i just dont see myself presenting a 4 inch saggy penis to a woman. so i will probably never have a sex life. just being honest. i dont blame milam. i think my anatomy is at fault. i think scaring and just the abnormal structure of my penis is the cause.

I really feel for you Scott, I wish I had something to say to help you. Any of the other brothers have any ideas to help this poor guy??

thank you, but i have accepted it.
the worst part is that i didnt have insurance for either one. my parents helped me pay for them. i dont have the heart to tell them this second one is a failure( they are elderly and pushed me to have it. they never wanted to give up on me.) so when they ask me i just tell them its ok.

What does the doctor say and recommend or suggest now ?

i dont see him till september. cant imagine what he can say that will change anything though.

also want to add this: for any considering this ; both were done infrapubic and each time left a nasty looking scar. even after several years from the first one i would look in a mirror and see a 3 inch or so line above my penis. i hate it. if at all you can avoid that method i would advise do it.

You might want to PM Alibaba. He had a bad experience with Dr. Milam and had a revision done by Dr. Kramer.

i will read over his posts and may contact him. i feel that dr. milam did all he could for me. i think that i have scar tissue built up before the glans and that the tissue around my penis is not "stretchy" anymore. i was thinking that the limit on implant surgery was 2? and at this point i dont have the money to pursue more even if that isnt the case. unless i luck out and find a job with insurance that would cover it.

Do not see Milam anymore!!! Do not blame your anatomy. He probably screwed up. Get other opinions from top surgeons. Don’t give up!

I had severe scare tissue into my glands and my doc got the implant to the top a lot rougher surgery but worth it in the end don't give up like others said go get a second opinion from a top surgeon you have nothing to loose everything to gain good luck
