I have been lurking on this board for a year now, reading from the gold mine of knowledge stored in the posts and have finally joined the party.
This place is the only place to get the straight story on ED, injections etc.

I am about 14 months past robotic prostate surgery. I had a gleason 9 and the surgeon was only able to leave "half a nerve"
I hope someday the "half a nerve" will be enough with Viagra,Levitra,Cialis but not there yet.

I have been using injections since February 2010, first alprostadil, then switching to trimix in April 2010.
I have been slowly able to reduce my dosage over the past 9 months from 0.20 to 0.10 cc (at one point getting hard with 0.08)
Over the last 4 months I have been getting nocturnal erections!!

I am 55 years old, been married for 30 years with two adult children.
My wife has been great all along. Can't imagine getting through this tough spot without her.
In some ways, sex has gotten better since my ED problems as we have had to get more imaginative and appreciate it more.
Still, I miss the old thumping of the prostate.
