I am excited to be a part of this group. I am 45 years old and over the years I’ve had many surgeries for enhancement which were all fairly successful. No complications. Appearance goals only. Around 40 I began to have ED likely from my disobeyed and not the surgeries. Shots worked half of the time but I have a lot of sex with multiple partners so it was hard to manage. I decided to get the coloplast after much research. I decided why wait until Later to have good sex when I could be having it at age 45 with an implant. It was so
Scary. So far no complications. 3/4 inch loss of length which I’m hoping to get back. 0.5 loss of girth which I may try to recover with PMMA. Previously I had fat Grafta successfully from Dr Guinta and testicular implants successfully from Dr Elist. I’m open to
Show tell and feel for my implant it Elist testicles.

Welcome to the forum, xrciiserx.
You appear to have an lifestyle which will expand the range of perspectives here. The sociological, relational and sexual practice views you undoubtedly have will certainly be interesting reading.
I look forward to your inputs, not only on the mechanical aspects of implanted sex, but your experiences with the other medical enhancements (even though they are not strictly within the planned scope of FrankTalk) which will surely be educational as well.

I’m sorry I just saw this post. I try not to use them but my cock is rock hard so it definitely isn’t a problem now. It was a problem when I was younger because it always went down

Hey my friend
I met with my surgeon yesterday and scheduled implant surgery for early January. My balls have gotten so small over the years and I have wondered what was available as far as testicle implants? Do you know what is required for insurance to pay for this surgery? Sure would be nice if they could slip some large hen eggs for balls while they are doing my penile implant. My balls are high and tight. Would love to have big balls in my sack. Any info you can share I would greatly appreciate! Any pics of you balls implant? Thank you in advance! Have a great day.
