Hello to all. Twelve years ago I had a PSA of 1.9. Did I have cancer then? I guess I did. One year ago my PSA started to climb. Six months ago, after a biopsy, it became official, Prostate cancer. My ED has been around for years. Viagra always did the trick. Since October surgery, my ED is more evident. Intimacy is possible and my wife and I could live with the current situation. What amazes me is that climax is still possible. Cialis (20mg) doesn’t seem as effective as the Viagra (50 or 100mg). Haven’t tried Viagra since the surgery. My doctor wants me on Cialis.

Welcome. My PCa surgery was last summer. Yes, you can still have an orgasm, although a dry one. I find that they can be very good. Removing the prostate does not remove the muscles that create the contractions that pump out the semen. So you get the physical feeling of the climax. I do miss semen, but there's no cleanup!
