I am 67. Nerve sparing surgery Feb.6. 2020. Have had no leakage at night from the start. Doing pelvic floor therapy daily with good results. One small pad a day unless very active or lifting. Taking 20mg Viagra a day since surgery. Starting to look for info on penis rehab therapy. Viagra vs Cialis. What pump. What about Prelude. Masterbation? I had a very healthy sex life prior to surgery. Thanks

Welcome to the site.
Yes, do vacuum therapy. I have an ErecAid that has served me well. I have no experience with the Prelude.
Going for walks helps with regaining all leak control. I used to do long walks without a pad. It forced me to exercise my muscles to avoid leakage. An easy task during the early part of the walk but increasingly difficult as you tire. I initially had leaks. The lack of pad gave me incentive to control it. A few times I had to head for the bushes.
Unless you have a very, very understanding wife or SO I do recommend some masturbation. You may find that when you climax you ejaculate urine. Frequent solo practice should allow you to gain control of this issue, combined with voiding before sex. I've learned to be able to apply some mussel control during climax and avoid the issue. That didn't happen right away.
I used viagra for therapy. I don't have an opinion on which drug would be better.
