Hi
I am deep I am from Northern California. I am 40 years old. I have been having both ED and PE problems from young age. I have tried oral medications such as Viagara and Cialis have limited success. Even tried dapoxetine for my PE but it made my ED problem worse. I am happily married for past 12 years with a kid but never satisfied my wife sexually right from day 1. I am avoiding sex totally. I feel regret every day ( even though she is happy). I feel this PP could be a life changer for me to make her happy. Since I am in Northern cal the closest is Dr. Karpman and I believe he is one of the best in this field. I havent scheduled anything yet I am exploring my options and preparing myself mentally too.

:) Welcome! The most important step that you could have taken, you have taken. You are reaching out for help. It has been 10 days since my operation. I am feeling very well. I also thought that the operation would be a much more aggressive and painful journey to recovery. In fact, it is a high complexity operation from which you will benefit very much from an experienced doctor and his/her team. However, I appreciate the fact that every man here has its own unique recovery path and experience. Although I could still not use the implant because I am recovery from the operation, I must say that I am 100% satisfied by what I have seen so far. My implant has been kept 30% inflated for healing and best outcome. On this condition, my penis is much harder than it used to me since January... when 10 MG cialis a day gave me all effects, but a decent erection. Even when I topped up with the another additional 30 MG cialis in a potentially fun day, I could not be hard enough for penetration. I can very much relate to the experience you wrote. However, head up! If the doctor finds out that an implant is the best way for you to regain an erection, don't hesitate too much and go for it. A penile implant is not a cosmetic surgery, despite all beautiful pictures you can see from everyone here. The primary purpose is to regain the erectile function and self-esteem. So penis and libido can work again together high and hard for the best of our happiness. It helped me so much to read the posts here. This is the reason why I decided to share my experience because I trust that other men could benefit from it as much as I got helped by anonymously reading their posts. Heads up! The best is forthcoming. Stay well, Bulgeboy

deep,

Injections might give you what you want, if not long term at least temporarily. Don't be afraid to try that option.

Welcome.
I 2nd Bldoink. You don't want to skip the next alternative(injections) to oral meds IMHO. Another plus to injections is that it is sort of a troubleshooter in that if the injections fail it almost certainly points to venious leak as being the cause and gives you talking points to insurance companies should you opt for an implant. The downside is that you have to get over the squeamishness over needles, experimenting with the correct dosage and finding a sterile compounding pharmacist.

Hi new member here....

In my intro, I spoke of a lack of info and research on my part to maintain one of the important part of my body and life. I just thought I was getting old and my penis was shrinking due to old age. After stumbling around here, and listening to urologists speak, I took the first step and will see a urologist first part of Jan. I was ignorant to many options. When I was burned 2 years ago (hands, arm chest), and recovering, my wife was ok with limited sex. Then as time went on, I unintentionally, or being afraid to talk about ED, I neglected her and us. I encourage you to make that appointment and find out your options.
