Hey guys!
My name is Aaron Canada. I'm 36, I've been living with ED since the age of 17, and I've recently completed production on a short documentary about Erectile Dysfunction (featuring FrankTalk founder Mr. Paul Nelson, btw ).
In the film we touch on the surprising prevalence of ED, along with the treatment options that are available and affordable, and we also caution against organizations that are in business to take advantage of men who seek treatment (ie "Shot Clinics").
To date, the film has been selected to 10 of the 25 festivals we've submitted to that have already made their selections, and is still in consideration at another 30 or so festivals that have yet to make their official selections.
The goal of this short film is to hopefully help fill the glaring void in popular culture representation of men suffering from ED, because let's face it - the only time we ever see Erectile Dysfunction represented on TV or in films is either when it's being made fun of, or when a company's trying to sell you pills, creams, etc.
The next goal is to turn the short into a feature-length version that can then be shopped to streaming services or studios for distribution. Because over a BILLION men have Erectile Dysfunction... but because it's such a difficult topic to discuss openly, most of us at one time or another feel like we have to deal with it all alone.
What I need most for the film are men who suffer from it -- and their partners -- who are willing to talk to me on camera about their experiences: What they were feeling when they first noticed the problem, what difficulty they've faced communicating with friends/family about it, what difficulty they might have faced seeking treatment, and the impact it's had on their lives overall.
Check out the short film's IMDb page here - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt12615544/?ref_=nm_flmg_dr_1
If we get this project out to the public on a platform where it can be seen by more than just a few people, we can reach more men who suffer from it to show them that they're not alone, and that it's nothing to be ashamed of BECAUSE they're not alone.
"Erectile Dysfunction... over a billion men have it, and NO ONE talks about it. So, Let's Talk About It."

Welcome to the forum, ohheycanada (though I see you have lurked for more than a year before making your first post). No criticism there. A good researcher's technique.
Thanks for doing the film, Aaron/ohheycanada. I am looking forward to seeing it.
Look for a PM (private message) from me in a couple days regarding your desire for interviews.
