Something I forgot to add. I've been taking Finasteride for prostate for a couple years. Has anyone else had taken this? I understand E.D is common with it. I'm not taking for hair loss cause I have plenty. Rather it's for prostate.
I've read that some of those hair loss drugs can cause ED but I have neither experience or any expertise on the subject.

High blood pressure is nothing to mess around with so I wouldn't quit that BP drug without getting on another one. 150/90 would be high for me and give me a headache. I'm lucky that cheap BP drugs work well for me. I take a combination pill of Lisinopril/Hydrochlorothiazide 20/12.5. I don't think it has any effect on my ED.

A good novelty ring(s) might work well for you especially if used with a Viagra or something similar.
jayman75 wrote:Pump: Novelty, bought on Amazon. It does appear to work (in a self test mode without a partner) but won't maintain)
I think for purposes of sex with a partner you really need to get a medical grade pump and medical grade constriction rings. The novelty/sex shop pumps do work well enough for therapy.
jayman75 wrote:Ring: yes, it was probably novelty, slicone type rubbeer, also bought on Amazon. It had two sectios. One ring to go over complete sack and another on the shaft. My balls are very big (Urologist tells me it's "hydrocel" retaining water). I'm considering minor surgery in the future. I could not get the larger ring over my boys, even one at a time as dirctions indicated.
I didn't have much luck with those combination rings either. The ones I tried were either too big do help or they were too stiff to get on. I ll suggest the "Perfect Fit Xact-Fit Play Zone Cock Ring Kit":
https://www.amazon.com/Perfect-Fit-Rings-Sturdy-Storage/dp/B01J84E5OK/ref=sr_1_10?m=A3TAOWAGYCKEQI&s=merchant-items&ie=UTF8&qid=1549262029&sr=1-10&refinements=p_4%3APerfect+Fit. I'm not claiming these are the best but you get a wide variety of rings to play with. I'm currently using two rings from this set. A smaller ring around my balls and a larger one around my dick behind my balls. I think it helps me a fair bit. Actually the one on the balls is for the wife. She likes the boys packaged. I put the one on the balls on first. I then stretch open the larger one, loop it over my balls and then bend my dick through. I do have a fairly large set of low hanging old mans balls. I'm not claiming it's always easy to get the rings on. Some manscaping is a necessity and lube helps a bunch with removal.
jayman75 wrote:Thanks for the advice. My learing curve has just begun. Going back a couple years in a different partner, there were some early indications of it not getting hard as it was even five years ago. However, I could achieve penetration. Once pentrated, sensations, stimulation greatly helped, even made it harder until I climaxed.
I hope I've been able to help.
jayman75 wrote:As for the pump leaking, I haven't seen that. It has a rubber membrane with a small hole that fits over the tube. The hole is only abouy 1/2". I'm not hard enough to push (penetrate) the hole. However, i put lube on menbrane aound and place the end of my dick against the hole. When I begin to pump, it pulls me in completely (about 2" flacid. From there, continued pumping bringss it up over 5". It doesn't hurt and maybe i can go further but i'm being cautious.
Always be cautious using any pump. Guys do seriously damage themselves when not cautious enough. Yeah, with the pump with a membrane you will get a seal easier. However, although both medical grade pumps and novelty pumps are both pumps their purposes don't totally overlap. Pumping for sex with the intention of using a medical grade constriction ring really does require a medical grade pump and rings. Those don't come with those membranes. You must get a seal with the pump cylinder at the base of your dick. That will require both lube and manscaping.
jayman75 wrote:I don't have another ring other than the one with two parts so i cut the smaller ring off. Experimenting with this ring, I can not get it on. It won't push on and I can't see using a pair or plyers to pull it through. With lube, it seems like it would go on but but it's too slippery to do it with my hands. I'm thinking with oral stimulation to achieve 25% and then my partner's much smaller hands, lube and a better angle, the ring might go on all the way. From there, using the pump, if i can get 5" and it lasts long enough to go inside her, I think I would be happy.
Try to get a medical grade set of pump and rings.
jayman75 wrote:However, I do see how some sort of sleeve would be helpful. Does anyone sell just a sleeve? such a novelty sources? For now, I'm continuing to learn and not ready to invest in a medical grade pump.
I've never used a sleeve but some other members speak highly of them. I believe this is the one mentioned most often:
