Hi, fellas.
I'm a Brazilian guy with Peyronie. 45º to the right, narrowing and buckling. Basically, I'm fucked.

But there are solutions to this problem. I'm in the process of getting multiple sliding technique + implant surgery.

Why are you going for an implant? Do you also have ED? Who is going to be your doctor?

Girth can be increased using String-vest incisions + penile implant. There is no need for risky maneuver.

The multiple sliding technique requires an implant.
I think, but I'm not sure, I could go just for an implant without this technique, though. I need an implant because this is the only way I can get back my sex life. My Peyronie progresses every month and an implant can prevent new deformities.
My doctor is Marco Tulio Cavalcanti, from Brazil. He does this kind of surgery 2x a week, but he is very young (something that concerns me a bit). However, he's very knowledgeable and is my best option. I can't afford going to the USA to have this surgery without insurance.

No, I haven't! Unfortunately, he's not admitting patients younger than 45 years old.

Apparently Egydio can't operate for six months. The MoST technique restore *both* girth and length though at some added risk.

MOST technique seems very risky.
MUST seems better, but there's even a better one. The TEP.

My doctor told me he uses the latest technique of Egydio. A technique that was published in July 2020 in the Journal of Sexual Medicine. He didn't tell me exactly the name of the surgery, but the only publication I could find in this date is this: https://www.jsm.jsexmed.org/article/S1743-6095(20)30646-9/abstract

So seems he uses TEP.

I have an in-person appointment with my doctor, so I'll ask him all details about the procedure.
