Brand new here and looking for some experience and wisdom. So grateful we have a resource like this to communicate about our common issues.

I think my first move will be to try to transition to bupropion (dopamine agonist) from duloxetine (SNRI, serotonin and norepinephrine agonist). Wondering if anybody has had direct experience with this?
