Hey guys, just joined but have been reading the forum for a couple days. Thank you everyone for such good information. I am 42 and apparently suffered from ED that slightly got worse over the last 5 years. Most likely due to living unknowingly with undiagnosed diabetes until November 2020. At that time it was also discovered that I had real low testosterone. I’ve pretty much spent the last year trying to get healthier, lost 50+ pounds and taken meds to get the diabetes in check. After not really having any luck with Viagra, the doc prescribed me Trimix from Olympia Pharmacy. I believe the mix is 30-1-10. It definitely works great, but also isn’t the easiest thing to always do seeing as I was also divorced last year so now I’m back to dating again. This week the doc was talking to me about trying the 5mg daily use tadalafil so I figured why the hell not? I picked it up yesterday and was happy to see that insurance apparently covered it since it was only $10. Today would be the second day taking it and I’m really hoping it makes a difference in the upcoming weeks. I’d love to hear other peoples experiences with this and will continue to search the threads for more information as well. I’m happy to have found a place to share this information and look forward to contributing where I can.

I use 100mg sildenafil with Trimix and get good results, with fewer Trimix side effects since I need less of it. You'll probably get the same result with tadalafil, I'm guessing. Just be careful titrating up the Trimix, since you'll need less.

can you please report your experience with trimix so far? like the quality/duration of erection/sensation etc.

Yeah, so far it’s been great for me. I have injected about 5 times and had sex 3 of those times. My erection quality was like nothing I have seen in years man, full and harder than I can ever remember. I did post a before and after injection pic under the “dick of the day” thread, page 63 I believe. Lasted a good 2 hours I think and the sex was amazing all 3 times. I was able to finish and go for a second and almost third round every time and she pretty much had to tap out. I will be visiting this lovely lady again tomorrow night and totally hope it’s been as fun as the last few.
