i'm 64 have ed. had prostate removed no pill yet has bro me to full erection just semi hard with viagra cialis, an that's depresing as hell any suggestions?

Welcome to the forum. How long has it been since your prostate surgery?

Sorry about the prostrate removal.
I had benign enlarged prostrate, had Boston Scientefic Rezume procedure done 19 May 2020, before the procedure I could get a decent erection with viagra or cilias but would get considerably soft after ejaculation, but after the procedure no erection with any pills, I didn’t try muse or injections, I decided to go for the implant. I got the AMS 700 LGX 18cm Nov 5 2020, I’m happy with it, it’s good to be able to have sex again and please my wife and help me become a man again. Yes, it can cause you a lot of psychological problems.
Make an appointment with a urologist that does implants and see if that is the route you want to go.
