helloo everyone,
I've been lurking here for weeks, it's now my time to introduce myself.
i'm a 32 years old black male living in paris and suffering from ED for all my life. ( i guess due to prone masturbation and porn)
I've failed to have penetrative sex with all the girls i have been with until my curent gf ( using cialis but hard to maintain the boner , and i loose it as soon as we try to switch position).
I will give more details about my situation in my next post in the implant category ( yeah i consider having an implant^)
I hope i will come in handy here and also find some answers to my questions^^

Do you have a physical problem or a psychological problem?

Bienvenu.

Welcome!
As much as an implant is nice to avoid the inconvenience of jumping up to inject, or remembering to take a pill, it is the final step and cannot be reversed. I will also add that if insurance is picking up the tab they will probably require proof of what you've tried, usually meaning pills and injections. You know, put a band aid on it first, then we'll consider the surgery. As a single guy if a partner doesn't care what and how you use to perform then that's a partner to stick with.
Good Luck, read lots of info here on FT. Wish I would have found this forum before my surgery.
