My name is Jim. I'm 57, was diagnosed with prostate cancer in April, and had robotic prostatectomy at the end of May. I'm still on the road to recovering erectile function. Fortunately, it seems they got all the cancer. As my very patient wife said, "You can't have sex if you're dead." Right now, I'm taking Cialis and using Bimix injections twice a week. The injections work, but I still haven't had an erection that is hard enough for intercourse. I increase the dose every time I inject. Still waiting!

I wish you the best. Hopefully the injections will work. ifnot the implant is not such a bad route to follow. Not at the end of that road. yet. Just four days out from the implant surgery itself and of course still recovering but everything looks great.
Not to say that it is necessarily a straight route. This was the second surgery and took 2.5 hours instead of 1.5 as planned. All in all, though, it appears as a good choice.
Whatever the injection outcome or what you choose, I wish you and your wife the best.
