Hello, and welcome board, I'm sure many men here will be able to help, mine was caused by meds,so I don't know the cancer route(glad to hear you are free)as for me after the pills stopped working I jumped feet first into implants, but like you I am to young to think bout giving it up(I'm 41 now 5mos post implant, started suffering at 37) there are many options out there and many knowledgable men here,so I'm sure you will find wht works for you.
We are always here to talk to long the way.
Best wishes,and happy holidays........Rich

13 years post radical prostatectomy. 6 weeks post implant. For a recent prostate cancer surgery recovery I suggest, aggressively persuing the remedies for ED with your urologist. The range of ED outcomes from PCa surgery is quite lare. For some, cialis, levitra, and other pills, for others (and for me for 10 years) injections of various mixes work well, for others it is the Vacuum Erection Device or pump, and finally there is the implant when the others fail or become undesirable for one reason or another.
You have a lot of work ahead of you. Study all your options thoroughly, looking at both the best and worst cases. Use all the information on this board as a start. Talk with your urologist and maybe another as well. It is not a life or death decisions, though at times it feels that way.
What ever you do, never lose hope.
Merry Christmas
As we like to do here, I wish you Hard Times ahead.

4 years ago last Oct I had my prostate removed. I so understand your statement and concerns. Get agressive with your Penile Rehab. You Dr should be advising several thing. Pumping, Pills and possibly by not injections. Shoot me an email and I will be more specific. My profile has an active email.
Best of luck in getting Jr back in the game.
