Hi guys,

I could just about copy and paste the prior post from Nugget as I am 8 weeks out since my RP surgery.

I would also like to thank those that put this together and manage it. This is truly a life saver. I had no one to talk to and ask questions. You only get so much from your surgeon every 6 weeks.

My incontinence has abated somewhat in the mornings, able to go without pads, but evenings are still a problem, especially after physical activity, such as yard work. I assume the muscles start to tire as the day goes on. I try to keep up with the Kegel exercises, but wonder if there is a better time to do them; mornings? afternoons? evenings? Or just do them all day long?

Similar to Nugget, I too have been taking 5mg of Cialis for about 2 weeks with not much results. Sounds like from the prior post’s responses that I should be patient and stick with it, correct?

Lastly, I have been researching VED’s. Some say the hydro/water based ones work better than the air based pumps. I am looking at the one from Bathmate called Hydromax 7.

Anyone have any thoughts as to whether or not the Hydro pumps work better than the air based pumps.

Again, greatly appreciate the opportunity to be able to discuss these things with you guys that already been down this road.

Many thanks!

Negative pressure is negative pressure, regardless if it's water or just air.
The biggest difference would likely be in warmth and how many pumps it takes, since water is not compressible.
