Almost 75 year old who has been using pills for 15 years. I have history of MI in 2004. Pills no longer working . Appointment to learn injection treatment on Friday morning which is also our 50th anniversary. I also have history of pulmonary emboli and take Eliquis twice a day. I am a retired pediatrician and wife is a nurse. How do you best incorporate injection into sex play?

Use your imagination! Obviously your options are to some degree limited by what sort of sexual relationship the two of you have had in the past. Your wife, being a nurse, should be well aware of the what the medical implications are with your condition.

What length of foreplay is required or desired in your relationship is going to be unique to you two as a couple. Another consideration will be the duration of your injection induced erection. And it may take some trial and error to discover what strength and dose of injection meds will give you your desired firmness and duration. Also not everyone reacts (gets erection) to the individual injections at the same speed. With most guys I recommend some solo practice as many women are put off by the often required experimentation. Your wife, being a nurse, may desire or even enjoy being part of that part of the journey. Although it possible to get perfect results right from the start I think that is pretty rare.

Back to your question. You two just need to experiment. If she needs a long warm up then you guys need to play around as necessary or desired. Then step into another room, if necessary, and inject, although her being a nurse I wouldn't think that would be necessary. Personally, I think in your situation I'd go to the appropriate shop, either in person or online, and order her a skimpy hot naughty nurse outfit. Then during the appropriate point in your foreplay she can do the injection. Experimentation should be fun with the background you both have.

First injection with Trimix this afternoon while wife napped on couch. I took a shower and while still naked I injected 10 unit which I had prepared and refrigerated earlier. I was pleasantly surprised how painless the injection was. I guess I did it right, because within 3-5 minutes I had a firm erection and woke my wife to invite her to join me for a "afternoon delight" . Erection lasted 3 hours.I was pleased with the first trial.

Awesome! Glad the injections worked well.
Never did incorporate the injection into any foreplay when I was using them. My wife didn't want to see it. Since your wife is a nurse that could lead to some fun or role play before any more afternoon delights happen.

My wife is RN. She has shown no interest in the Injections other than the result. YRMV
