Hi, A little about myself

I am 66 years old and have been treated for ED for several years now. I am taking medication for hypertension and also for type 2 diabetes.
The Viagra does not work for me any more.
Started injection therapy about 6 weeks ago. My urologist allowed me to inject up to 20 micro grams of Bimix which only produced a 60% errection.
He stated this was the maximum he would prescribe and that sugery (vascular or implant) was my only other option.
Went to another urelogist for a second opinion. The new urologist said I could increase the Bimix dosage to 40 micrograms and could try a vaccum pump in conjunction with the injections.
This bring several questions to my mind:
Is 40 micro grams an unusually high dose (1cc in my syringe)?
Has anyone on the forum used a vaccum pump in conjunction with a Bimix injection?
PLEASE HELP!!!
