I am almost 60 but have been having issues for probably 10 years. But viagra use to work.
Now I can take 100 mg and it does nothing, doesn’t even give me a headache.
Cialis seems to help slightly but not near enough.

The weird part is about 5% of the time the pill will work.

Doctor is starting me on trimix but concerned if the pills don’t work it might not either.

Welcome. A lot of times when pills fail the injections will work. Pretty much the way many guys go when pills fail.
Good luck going forward.

Welcome to the site.
I went through the same thing with the pills.
My uro put me on Trimix, that worked great for 8 years.
Just need to get past the fear of sticking your little buddy with a needle. BTW it's not painful at all.
When I started on Trimix, my uro warned me that I would eventually need an implant.
Got my implant 2 years ago.
Good Luck with the Trimix, if it works for you, you'll love it.

Welcome!

GA - Gabonese Republic/Georgia of former Soviet Union/Georgia State in the USA?

I've known individuals who have successfully used Bimix for 20 years and going strong, but I've also come across stories where injections led to scarring/fibrosis.
