i am glad i have found this forum.

i am 39 fit muscular from Canada. i have mild ed where i think i am unable to hold an erection. i was married for 10 years and never had issues. the sex was not good in marriage since i was not attracted to my ex. sex was infrequent and mostly done in one spooning position. 4 years ago i got divorced. for those 4 years i relied on online porn and sexting with random people and masturbation. never had any physical connection in those 4 years. now i got my life back together and met this beautiful girl 3 months ago. started dating. during foreplay i got erection but failed completely during penetration (especially missionary since i have limited experience). we tried penetration sex 6 times and every time penetration comes i lose and go completely dead. besides penetration i am able to get an erection during foreplay. cilais and viagra are also not helping during penetration. urogolist just prescribed trimix and told me to use it short term and get my confidence back. my arousal gets impacted during penetration sex

this is the prescription i got.

8.33 0.83 22.5. pharmacist told me 8.33 is the alprostadil. i forgot the other two.

Welcome to the Forum. It is a fantastic opportunity to discuss ED with others. The biggest sex organ is the brain. A workout may be needed to strengthen up. But remember, while you are in discovery mode, sex is not just PIV. BOTH should enjoy the journey.
