New from Minnesota

Hello,
My name is Mark. I'm 55 years old.
I was diagnosed with prostate cancer Oct. 2009. After I was given my options I decided to have surgery with the da Vinci. I had the procedure done Jan. 7, 2010. The doc told me that I would be able to "fly" through everything with good results given my age and good health. I'm cancer free now but I did not fly through my recovery as far as ED. Three years out and still making progress in baby steps. I think. Not sure though.
It's been very depressing and I often become angry that this has happened to me. If it's denial or sheer determination I'm not sure but I'm still trying.
I found this site though the HealingWell.com forum.
Looking forward to visiting here often.

Thanks

Look forward to hearing more from you.

Mark , I was deeply depressed to the point of giving up on ever having a sex life again . Tried all the pills , VED , muse , nothing worked .After finding this site I decided to try injections......best thing I ever did , my wife and I have permanent grins now . I understand they aren't for everyone , it takes a lot of nerve to poke a needle in your dick , but the slight pain is more than worth it . Every time I inject I pause just before sticking it in , and think about the results , and gently push , fifteen minutes later the nineteen year old hard on is back . No pressure , but you really should consider it ......what have got to loose ?
