Hello good morning, I am a 32 year old user, 2 years ago I was hit and since then I have erectile diffusion.
I have had 2 penile Dopplers.
In both I had a prolonged erection and they had to drain me.
In 1 Doppler the radiologist could not confirm if there was a leak or not!!
In the second Doppler they suggested to me that there was a leak throughout the study.

I am using an OEN ring and 100mg of Viagra and I have good erections, but they don't convince me because women have left me!!
I should reconsider whether I want to continue like this or follow the recommendation to cure the venous leak!
My doctor says it is the deep vein. If he were to tie that vein, everything would improve because he assumes that the leak is mild and could be solved!
My fear is that it will get worse with that ligation and require injections!!

I have an erection of 8 or 9 out of 10 rigidity, I am not what I used to be!
I don't know what to do, whether to continue as I am, operate on the venous leak or not!

A good urologist that is experienced with Mens sexual health issues (not just kidney stones and enlarged prostates) can guide you through the options to have an erection that will let you enjoy sex with a partner and satisfy both of you.

It sounds like you would benefit from talking with a therapist about depression and self-esteem. If you are feeling hopeless and stressed out let someone help you through that.

A relationship built on mutual love and support has a much better chance of enduring than one where someone is looking for someone who will heal or fix them. I’m trying to gently say that we need to fix ourselves first, not expect someone else to fix us.

Yes, I agree with Goodwood, first we have to come to grips with what we have.. it is what it is.. after you come to grips with that lets figure out our steps forward. Talk to your urologist, maybe more than 2 and get their opinions. Remember you are not alone with this issue, it happens to men around the world.
