No feeling in penis - here is my introduction story

Postby bravome » Fri Dec 27, 2024 6:51 am

Hello

This started when I was 11 years old, I started masturbating at a very early age and at first everything worked fine, I felt pleasure while masturbating and during orgasm, then one day suddenly everything changed and I no longer felt any pleasure, I could ejaculate after stroking however it became a little bit more difficult because I could no longer feel anything. The orgasm itself occurred normally however does not give any pleasure either, my sexual tension is released though. At this young age I was not masturbating like crazy, maybe 2-3 times a week at most. This problem persists until today however over the years I would say it has become a little bit more severe - by this I mean it is even more difficult to ejaculate, like the last 5% of feeling is gone. The glans is also weirdly sensitive to touch, but not in a pleasurable way, which makes it difficult to receive blowjobs.

After writing the entire post I decided to add this important piece of information. When I was OK (at 11 yo), seeing a naked woman aroused me in a way that I felt pleasurable tingling in my body and in my penis, then when the problem started I no longer had that feeling the same way as I no longer felt any pleasure from penis touching, but my sex drive was normal. I see a naked woman now and I want to have sex even though I do not feel anything - I figure it might be difficult to understand by people without this condition

I am now 40 years old, but I was very fit my whole life and I do a lot of sports, a very good diet, I do blood checkups regularly at least twice a year, I have no cholesterol, no high blood pressure, but I have a pretty high testosterone level, not circumcised, not smoking, not drinking, I have absolutely no diseases whatsoever. Years ago, I visited doctors quite a lot with this issue, but every single time explaining my issue was like speaking to a child, their diagnosis was mostly psychogenic related which is absolutely not true, I have no anxiety or any mental issue, quite the contrary, and I am sure this is a physical problem.

This problem revealed itself suddenly and it was a very long time ago, however I have certain suspicions about what might have caused this. I might be totally wrong but two things come to my mind. When I was young I was riding a mountain bike a lot and it several times happened that I hit severely my scrotum on the bicycle frame top bar and other times on the seat, I remember it was a lot of pain, maybe one time I hurt some nerves there. My other theory is that I liked to kind of block the flow of semen by gripping the muscles inside, maybe that way I hurt myself somehow although I believe a human body should be resistant to such plays.

I searched Google for people with similar issues, and I only found one person posting on a UK patient site, unfortunately, this website appears to no longer be accepting new accounts, so I cannot reply there. This prompted me to write my very own post here. I no longer believe this can be cured, however I am very curious about what could be causing this and therefore I am looking for people with similar issue. You might think its a little strange for me to say but it has not destroyed my life, I have a lot of sex and although I do not feel any pleasure, in the end, I feel satisfied after orgasm. One upside of this situation is that I have no idea what premature ejaculation is, I can go for a very long time if I want to - I write this to reassure men who might have similar symptoms and are loosing mind over this.

I think this is a very rare disorder, there is no information on the internet and only a single person reporting a similar problem, but I strongly believe there are more sufferers. I should receive a notification in my email if you reply to this thread.

Here I am attaching some keywords for Google to find this post. No pleasure from penis. No pleasure feeling in penis. No pleasure from penis touching.

Certainly is unique. Have urologists just thrown up their hands?

Sounds like nerve damage. Medical school professors like a challenge. You might go to the largest medical school in your area and ask for the neurology department.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

I agree look for a good medical university .... they tend to be more open minded and in tune with a dr. who already has a busy practice and you come in as a time consuming patient .. good luck
Rigicon since 6-2023 happy to share my experience and do show and tell
