Hi everyone, I’m the new guy. Just looking for some support and maybe answers besides pills. I recently filled my first prescription for 5mg daily tadalafil and still too freaked to start. Too much concern for side effects especially vision problems. I’m a commercial driver and my eyes are pretty important. Anyhow, just hi and thanks for someplace to discuss this issue.

Welcome! I've been on daily 10 mg Tadalafil since 2008, and my vision so far remains at 20/20. I love my daily Tadalafil. The side effects, like headaches and muscle aches, lasted for about 3 months before my body adjusted to it. My partner jokes I might have more Tadalafil in my blood than cholesterol, triglycerides and blood sugar combined

Disclaimer: I'm just one data point, so from a statistical standpoint, this is highly insignificant.

Under an andrologist's supervision, I plan to continue daily Tadalafil for life to maintain better blood flow to my penis (glans, spongiosm and the residual space in my corpora)

I hate taking any pills too. For ED however there isn't much more except injections or the implant. Sticking a needle in your penis takes some nerve. Implant surgery is a huge step that needs lots of thought. Lots of info here, but keep in mind many of the posts can make you think twice. The majority of guys that have found what works don't come and talk about it.
