hello everyone, I'm 61, I've had ed issues since my mid 40's. At that time I started having elevated blood pressure, so the next year I was exposed to several bp drugs, didn't help with my ed. Then a few years later, I had lower back surgery, after a few months the doctor released me to back to normal, ED went south fast, it was like only half my penis was alive, over time I got a little back. I don't know if a nerve was damaged or what. Last 2 years, just a limp. Tried the pills, pump, herbs, supplements, nothing helps. Don't like needles at all.
So, after all this I'm ready to start the journey, 99% ready for surgery. I've been reading up on the surgery, what to expect and such.
Here to learn from you guys!
Thanks, Price

Welcome. Lots of great information here.
Pills don’t work for you and it sounds like you aren’t interested in shots. Using a VED (vacuum erection device to get erect then deploying a constriction ring around the base of the penis to keep the penis erect) is another option although it is time limited to 15 minutes. But it sounds like implant is the next step for you.
Read through the implant posts. They go back years and the majority of the questions you have were asked and answered repeatedly over the years.
Depending on your location and your willingness to travel for treatment will determine which surgeons are available to you.
