Welcome UGURARD, you've come to the right place to get answers to your questions. I feel your pain of not being able to get a good erections, especially at 25, I can't imagine what you're going through.
I got my implant when I was 63, since pills weren't working very good or not working at all. You might want to jump over to the implant forum and check out the post over there, there are a lot of guys that don't have the implant yet that ask questions over there.
There are a handful of younger guys that have went the malleable implant route because they are afraid of having a failure with a three piece and having to get a revision.
My doc did a really good job and I've had mine for three years now and I would do it again, if mine broke.
Hang in there, keep asking questions

Trimix injections have worked well for me. They're a common choice between pills and implants. See the "Injections" topic.
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Welcome to FrankTalk. There is a lot of help here. A lot of experience.
As mentioned above, give injections consideration. They worked well for me for quite a while. But if you aren’t interested in them then implant is the next step.

Re: New In Group(25 years Venous Leakage)
I too was diagnosed with venous leakage. After trying pills, vacuum pump, and Trimix injections, I told the doc that the injections seem to work as long as I was standing up. When I would lay down, it would immediately go down. It was an "A-ha moment" for him. He said: "Classic venous leakage symptom. We don't need to try anything else or do any further testing. Your only option is a penile implant." He referred me to a surgeon and ten years ago today, I had the 3-piece implant put in. It was the Coloplast Titan Touch. I've been very satisfied with it. It is, for me, the most natural and spontaneous remedy for ED I tried.
