Just to say hi to everyone. I've been reading FT for some time and tried to sign up previously without success, this time it worked :).
Some great info on here that helped me finally take the step of being implanted a few days ago. Thank you!
I'm currently recovering and struggling with side effects from post op antibiotics, plus managing walking around with a partial erection for the next 6 weeks. One useful tip - Don't suddenly turn around in the kitchen and bang it on the cupboard door handle. Ouch!
Anyway I'll probably be posting mainly in the Implants forum as I work my way through the journey I've now started.

Welcome LGXdownunder. The healing part stinks but once that's over it's fun fun fun.
Cupboard door handle? Ouch. My grandson accidentally headbutted me straight to the tip of my penis around my 6th week.
Hope you heal up with little pain/soreness.

Thanks Old Guy, yes I won't do that again. Actually I'm a bit paranoid about bumping into things now.
Yikes! A headbutt sounds even more painful.

Thanks SWorks, my favourite forum already. About a month ago I texted a friend a vague message about my upcoming surgery with a link to a demo of inflation/deflation. His immediate response was "You're getting a bionic dick!"
