Hello fellow Franktalk members.
45 years old and had a 3-piece installed two days ago. I had a reaction to medication, and had an erection for about a week. I went to the hospital on day 2 but they were unable to keep it down with aspiration.
They performed shunts on the top and bottom on day 3. This was about 6 weeks ago.
The surgery took about twice as long as a normal implant because of all the scarring.
I'm a bit worried about possible complications and issues. Also a bit disappointed when I saw what implant size was installed. I'm glad I found this forum. I've found it somewhat challenging finding information on implants

Welcome to the forum. I pray everything works out to your satisfaction.

Curious as to what the medication was that caused the priapism?

Greetings BD,

Welcome to FT. I’ve found it a great source of information and support.

Sorry your path to implant was so traumatic but I’m glad this solution exists to get you back in the saddle.

I’m 2.5 months post implant and it gets better quickly. Gets amazing actually.

The size you see now will not be your final size. The implant will expand over the next year or so. Cycling, inflating to maximum for as long as you can stand, adding additional pumps as you can, will help that along.

Feel free to PM with any questions. Guys on the chat are helpful and can often answer any questions or concerns pretty quickly.
56yo, NYC. ED started at 40. Pills, then shots for 10 years. 24cm Coloplast Titan XL w/classic pump by Dr Eid 3/25/2025. Will meet for show & tell.
