Post op problems

Hi from UK - I had a prostatectomy 4 years ago and have journeyed through Cialis, pump and injections. None has really helped me. With injections shaft was reasonably hard no way like the length it used to be and the head would just bend over making penetration impossible.

My Darling and I have kept Our selves going with me masturbating her. (Luckily she is happy with this as she is multi-orgasmic) However she has only managed to make me come a few times over the years. This I think is mainly due to my shaft being less responsive than pre-op.It takes a hell of a long time to come too.

As you can imagine this is really frustrating. So, I have opted for an implant that should be done in the next three to six months with luck. (What a Christmas present)!

At present I use the pump to keep in trim as it were and achieve 6 inches approx. Does anybody know what length I can expect to achieve with the implant based on this information.

Also if any body has any ideas on shaft numbness (I'm told nerve bundle is intact) I would be grateful to hear. I am rather hoping that when penetration is achievable once again, orgasm will naturally follow.

Could possibly all be down to a lack of confidence now?

If any one has any information or comments on these problems I would really appreciate hearing.

Thank you for listening.

The general "rule-of-thumb" is to pull your flaccid penis straight out, as far as possible ... now look down, that is about the length size you will get from an erect Implant.

This visual flaccid measurement does not show the expansion of the glans (head) as it would when you were younger and the glans also enlarged when erect. An Implant does not increase the swelling of the glans when pumped up.

The shaft numbness is not always prostatectomy related ... any trauma in that area can cause nerve damage. Scar tissue, bent penis during sex or sports related, etc.

Penetration with an Implant is surely not a problem ... however you should be able to have an orgasm even flaccid ... if not then you may also have nerve damage there too?
