I am a 60+ guy living in Miami, FL. I had a TURP about 10 years ago. Since then I rarely shoot when I climax. I have gotten accustomed to this since I feel that I have climaxed but when I am with a guy he feels like he hasn't satisfied me. I am never quite certain how to broach this issue.

halzim ... Welcome to FT ...
Have you really explained what TARP is and the side-effects to your partner? At your age (and mine) your partner has to understand that health issues happen ... we deal with it and move on as best we can ... not "shooting" is not that big of a deal. As long as you are satisfied then your partner should be too.
There are many of us here that have had Prostrate issues ... and we deal with the same thing ... climax but dry.
