Please help me with Trimix!

I am 58 years old, and I inject testosterone 1Ml every other week. For several months now, I can get an erection but I cannot get it totally hard, and I lose it fast. Tried Viagara and Cialis unsuccessfully. This past week I have been using Trimix, and each time I used it I would get an erection but my penis ached so much that I definitely could not do anything with it. It was very sore, and I do not mean from the injection site. I would guess that if I were able to have intercourse like 50 times on after another, this is what my penis would feel like. My Dr has tried different strengths and different dosages, but each time with the same result. Has anyone ever experienced this or heard of this kind of reaction? I was so excited to be going on the Trimix, and now I am just so frustrated I don't know what to do. Thanks.

well I have heard some cannot use trimix but have to switch to bimix, I have had the ache but my erections were lasting 4 hours plus, I cut mine down and it relieved that, how much have you been injecting?

Was injecting around .20
Today I tried aixture with less Alprostadil; 5.9 mcg instead of 10 and I had no pain. The erection only lasted 20 minutes though, so I was told to inject .35 and .40 and see what happens.

whatever works best, small increases from the lower amount would be safer IMO.

When you used the 10mcg PGE-1 version, about how long were those erections lasting and were they rock hard bang nails with erections right from the start? Often if you just used too much and got a super rock hard erection, yeah you might get a lot of ache. Did you trying cutting down til you still had a hard for say, an hour ?

You might find that less will still give you a good stiffy for an hour but without so much ache.

And although the 2-3 hr hard-on is great for waving and brandishing about, both you and the missus might get annoyed with all that after the 3rd or 4th time
