Hello I am 48 years old and had my titan 3 piece implant put in March 2013. I have been able to reach orgasm for 4 months now but not without excruciating pain after. The pain starts as soon as I am done with orgasm and feels like a fierce burning deep inside from my penis to my rectum. The doctor says it will go away but how long. Has anyone had this problem and did it go away? I am at the point where I would rather go without than have this pain.

This may not make since but ... try pumping about 50% and then climax ... is it still painful? If so then you may have been pumping too much, if not and a 50% pump and climax still is painful, then you have other (non Implant) issues. Try a different URO if needed ... are you having issues with your prostrate?
